Our process begins with rich communication and discovery with you. From there, we refine all the best ideas, strategy and tactics into the project plan. Then we guide you seamlessly through the project development phase on through the project launch and follow up.?

After reviewing your shopping cart you will be propted to checkout using any major credit card through our secured online payment gateway.?

Complete our website questionnaire

After you have made your initial deposit, we will email you a questionnaire survey for you/company to complete and send back. The purpose of this survey is to determine the purpose of the project, the target audience, branding/perception goals, content source, initial technical specs and communication strategy. 

The Questionnnaire will give our web design team a much better understanding of your business and allow them to develop a solid creative direction. Once your Questionnaire has been submitted, our project manager will start your project.?

Creative brainstorm session

Based on the information gathered in the client survey, we will write the project brief to define in black and white the project goals, audience profile, audience perception, primary message and competitive advantage. We will also use the content provided by the client to distribute throughout the new website as needed.

Many on-line design companies skip this step, but it is the most important part of developing a solid website. If at anytime during this brainstorm session our team has questions your team leader will contact you. Communication is key during this stage of the design process.

Designers create your website

Next, each project designer creates many web designs that they feel would best represent your business. These are then reviewed by our project manager who makes sure that each design conveys the right message.

Each Iworks Media designer has their own unique style and way of designing. This is important during the initial design stage because it will ensure that we choose the right look and feel to provide for our web developement and coders.

Develop, coding and testing

Developer will reviewing the Project Brief, Site Structure and Visual Design and confirm that everything is in alignment and supports the overall project goals and needs. Next, review and adjust the technical/functional specifications for the site and start the coding.

 They will go through a number of test making sure that it is up to par with all the web browsers. They will install all components, plugins, etc. so that everything is working and funtional ready to present for you.

We will manage the testing process, prioritize issues, insure that high priority issues are solved and conduct the final review and release of the site.

New website displayed to you

Once our project manager accepts all the design concepts that our web designers have developed for your company they are posted on a private viewing display page.

This display page is available to you 24/7 and can be accessed from any computer system. By now you should of been emailed a Login and a password to further communicate with all process of your project, this project management tool will help with all communication so our design process will go smoothly and until completion of your project.

Feedback and review process

At this stage the client will receive an email with a link to the new website.  Client will then review and write and email all the necessary changes in one email. The amount of revisions will be based on the website package that was purchased. 

Each round of design changes will narrow your selection to the perfect website design for your business. Added to this is the fact that you have direct communication with our project manager at anytime with our project management tool that is provided to you.

Finalize your website

We are committed to your full satisfaction, this custom web design process of review and revision will continue until you are 100% satisfied with your final design.?

Website Transfer to your server

Once you are completely satisfied with your new site we will move the site over to your server to go live. ?

Online support and training

We will give you training on all the back-end features as will as provide you video training for any questions that you might have..?
